30 days, no questions asked. If FloTop isn’t right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it, for any reason.
How to get a refund
Email support@getflotop.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with, or include your order number from your receipt. You don’t need to tell us why, though we’d be glad to hear it.
What happens next
Your refund goes back to the way you paid, through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Your license key stops working, and FloTop goes back to the free version on your Macs. Nothing you made in FloTop is deleted.
After 30 days
Purchases older than 30 days usually can’t be refunded, but if something has gone wrong, email us anyway and we’ll do our best to help.
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
