These terms cover FloTop, the Mac app made by FlowSpace (“we”), and this website. By downloading or using FloTop you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use FloTop.

The free trial and the free version

FloTop includes every feature free for 14 days from the first time you open it on a Mac. After that, it keeps working as the free version, with the limits described on our pricing section, until you buy a license. Trying to get around the trial or the free version’s limits isn’t allowed.

Your license

When you buy FloTop you get a personal license to use it on up to three Macs at a time that you own or control. The license doesn’t expire. You may not sell, rent, share or give away your license key, or copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute FloTop, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.

FloTop and its name, icon and website remain ours. Buying a license gives you the right to use FloTop, not ownership of it.

Buying FloTop

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, who handles payment, sales tax and receipts under its own terms. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases. Refunds follow our refund policy. A refunded purchase’s license key stops working.

Updates

We may release updates to FloTop that fix problems or change features. We don’t promise any particular update, or that FloTop will keep working with future versions of macOS.

No warranty

FloTop is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. FloTop arranges, opens, minimizes and closes windows and moves files where you ask it to; keep backups of anything important.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, from using FloTop, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for FloTop. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version in effect when you bought FloTop applies to that purchase.
